Fake Orders/COD

Dear Customers,

We regret to address a matter that has become increasingly prevalent, impacting our commitment to delivering quality products with integrity. While most of our customers appreciate our efforts and provide genuine feedback, a small number have demonstrated a lack of respect for our services.

 

Our Cash on Delivery (COD) option was established on the principles of mutual trust and understanding. Unfortunately, we have observed a growing trend where customers deny placing orders upon delivery, leading to cancellations. To safeguard the interests of our valued and sincere customers, we have decided to implement the following measures:

  1. Upon placing a COD order, customers will receive a WhatsApp message, SMS, or email requesting confirmation of their order for dispatch. This verification process will be active for three days following the order date.

  2. If confirmation is not received within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled, and a cancellation notification will be sent to the provided phone number.

 

We understand that there may be genuine cases where customers are unable to confirm their orders within the given timeframe. We do not wish to penalize our loyal customers due to isolated incidents. If your order has been inadvertently cancelled, please contact us at support@tedds.in, and we will be more than happy to assist you in processing your order.

 

Please note that we may also decline COD orders if the provided address appears incomplete.
